Essential Bedtime Tea

This is my new favorite herbal tea that I like to make before bed. It is delicious, comforting and helps me fall and stay asleep easily!

8 oz. boiled hot water
2 drops Lavender essential oil
1 drop Roman Chamomile essential oil
1 tsp. raw honey

Mix raw honey, lavender and chamomile essential oil with a teacup of hot water and stir. Enjoy!
