Easy Lemon Liver Cleanse



I love doing this simple, inexpensive and convenient liver cleanse. You can do it anywhere, anytime!

Ingredients and Directions:

· Juice from 1 organic Lemon
·10 drops each High Quality, Therapeutic Grade Lemon and Peppermint essential oils and 
2 drops Protective Blend
·Combine in 8 ounces of purified water
·Daily, you can drink over a period of time
·Time period: 14 days

  4. Are you suppose to drink the entire batch per day for up to 14 days or is this batch suppose to last up to 14 days? I am confused on how much you are suppose to drink per day???

    1. Hi Mary Beth, This recipe is for each day. You will want to make this in the morning and then drink it throughout the day. In other words, you will have to make this drink up for 14 days during the cleanse :)

    1. Hi Kirsten, You want to eat regularly while doing this cleanse. You can choose to eat lighter and healthier if you would like emphasizing more cleansing foods such as fruits, vegetables, lean protein and fiber-rich grains.

  8. Can this be taken mixed with water? You take it for 14 days then stop? Is there a schedule of taking it eg. once a month?
