DIY Produce Cleaning Spray!

Unfortunately, parasites are very prevalent in many of the raw fruits and vegetables we eat. One way to reduce the risk of parasites and other harmful pathogens from entering into our bodies is to wash the produce we eat very well and naturally kill off any harmful microorganisms we may not visibly see.

Fortunately, there is an easy recipe you can make for a natural spray that you can use safely and effectively to wash your produce.

In a spray bottle, fill it up half way with water and add:

1/2 cup vinegar
4 drops grapefruit seed extract
10 drops grapefruit essential oil

Shake the bottle well. Spray the vegetables and then let them sit for a few minutes and rinse thoroughly. If you are washing a large amount of produce, spray and rinse the vegetables thoroughly several times.

Basil, Bergamot and Roman Chamomile essential oils are all worm expellers and can be taken in water, capsules or rubbed on the stomach. For more in depth protocols and information, check out the video on Healing Intestinal & Bowel Problems: The Cause & Solution.

    1. Hi Penny,

They both kill off germs and pathogens and then help strip off the pesticides. The benefits of grapefruit seed essential oil are endless, amazing and very concentrated so the oil lasts a long time. The combination of grapefruit seed extract and essential oil combined with vinegar make a super produce cleaner.
