Essential Oils for Occasional Muscle Discomfort




Essential Oils For Occasional Muscle and Joint Discomfort: Massage Blend, Soothing Blend, Wintergreen

Combine one or more of the essential oils with fractionated coconut oil and apply to area of discomfort.

Cellular Health & Supporting the Immune System: 8 drops or 1 capsule of Cellular Blend twice daily. 2 drops of Frankincense oil under the tongue or with 1 tsp. of raw honey three times daily.

Nutrition: Eat foods high in antioxidants. Focus on eating unprocessed and organic food whenever possible to limit exposure to toxins, fertilizers, GMOs, etc.

Emotional Support: Diffuse 5 drops of Invigorating  Blend, Joyful Blend or Wild Orange in a diffuser to improve mood. Apply Grounding Blend to feet and wrists for feelings of stress or anger and Calming Blend to promote a sense of calmness.
