Essential Bath-Time



Essential oils are a wonderful addition to a bath anytime of day! I use a few of my favorite essential oils either in a morning or evening bath. It really improves my mood, energy level and/or promotes deeper sleep.

Recommended Essential Oils for the Morning Bath:

-Bergamot
-Cypress
-Geranium
-Grapefruit
-Peppermint
-Wild Orange

Recommended Essential Oils for the Night Bath:

-Lavender
-Frankincense
-Roman Chamomile
-Calming Blend

Want to rev up your immune system? Try an Immune Support Bath!

Immune Support Bath:

1/2 cup Epsom Salt
1 T. Coconut Oil
6 drops Protective Blend

Run a warm bath and all the ingredients to the running water. The coconut oil helps to disperse the oils throughout the bathtub. Epsom Salt helps the body to gently detoxify.

Prefer a shower? Add a few drops of Eucalyptus or Rosemary Essential Oil while in the shower for an invigorating experience!
