Essential Oils For A Better Night's Sleep!



Sleep is critical for good health, memory retention and even happiness.

Essential oils naturally help relax and calm the body and promote a good night's sleep.

Here are some of my favorite essential oil blends for a Great Night's Sleep:

1) Add 2-3 drops of Geranium, Lavender or Calming Blend to a warm bath and enjoy a relaxing soak in the tub.

2) Add 3 drops of Lavender, Marjoram, Calming Blend or Wild Orange to a spray bottle filled with water and spritz bed linens and pillow before bedtime.

3) Massage 2 drops of Lavender, Marjoram, Geranium, Calming Blend or Wild Orange to the bottom of the feet before going to bed.

4) Diffuse Lavender, Geranium or Calming Blend in your room to create a relaxing environment.

I also love to drink my Essential Bedtime Tea and use my Sweet Dreams Bedtime Spray before bed.
