Essential Oil Sleep Blends!



Essential oils are a wonderful way to get a good night's sleep!

.Find the blend that works best for YOU!

Trouble Falling Asleep:

1) Balance Grounding  Blend, Serenity Calming Blend & Vetiver--On feet and chest. Inhale oils left on your hands. OR 20 drops each in a 10ml roller bottle, topped off with Fractionated Coconut Oil.

2) 2 drops Clary Sage under tongue & Balance Calming Blend on feet.

3) 2 drops each of Vetiver and Serenity Calming Blend on feet. Wild Orange around belly button. Inhale from palms!

4) 2 drops Vetiver on feet and 2 drops Lavender behind ears and on back of neck, 20 minutes before bed.



Restful Night's Sleep 

12 drops Roman Chamomile
18 drops Balance Grounding Blend
8 drops Lavender
Put in 10ml roller bottle and top off with Fractionated Coconut Oil. Apply to feet and inside of wrists.



Deep Sleep

15 drops Lavender
10 drops Vetiver
10 drops Clary Sage
5 drops Frankincense
5 drops Ylang Ylang
8 drops Roman Chamomile
5 drops Wild Orange

Put these oils in a 15ml bottle, top with Fractionated Coconut Oil. Apply to bottom of feet and diffuse.

Trouble Staying Asleep:

Diffuse Citrus Bliss Invigorating Blend & Vetiver.

2 drops Wild Orange around your belly button.

Lavender and Serenity Calming Blend under the nose and above upper lip.
